Sandra Clay

Sandra Clay is a native of California. She was born and raised in the Oakland Bay Area. Sandra is a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Fairfield, California, under the leadership of the Reverend Dr. Claybon Lea, Jr., Senior Pastor. She retired from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in Vacaville, CA, as a Correctional Case Records Manager. Sandra shares her life with her husband of 34 years, three Adult Children, two daughters-in-law, eight grandchildren, two God-given Adult Children, and three God-given grandchildren.
Her favorite scripture is found in Philippians 2:9-11
Sandra has been afforded the opportunity to be a mentor, friend, confidante, and prayer warrior to others. She is passionate about encouraging and empowering women to walk in the liberty and love God has purposed for their lives. She has authored her first book, "It’s Time to Exhale the Sting of Rejection." She is in the process of writing her second book, It’s Time to Exhale the PTSD of Grief (The Pain, The Trauma, The Suffering/Stress and Devastation to the Promise, the Testimony to the Survival and the Deliverance). Sandra hopes every woman and man who reads the books will find the freedom to breathe again.

Erica Clay, Founder of The Young Lady Experience
Daughter of Sandra Clay, a mother, and a servant in dance ministry. Erica Danyale Clay is a Northern California native, born in Berkeley and raised in the Vallejo-Fairfield area.
She is the co-founder of the It’s Time to Exhale Ministry
Young Ladies’ Division and a member of the Fresh Start Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Shamar Lewis.
Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Cal State East Bay and a Master of Applied Behavior Analysis
from Arizona State University. Erica serves as the Director of Special Education at Elite Vallejo Charter School in
Vallejo, California, and as the junior varsity head cheerleading coach. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and determination have opened doors to her professional,
spiritual, and personal life. She aspires to continue her education, earn her administrative credentials, become a school principal, and one day open a school
for students with emotional and behavioral needs.
One of Erica’s passions is dancing for the Lord. At just 5 years old, she choreographed and performed in her elementary school talent show, and she
continues to minister through dance. Erica is the proud mother of Anthony J. Davila, who is her greatest joy. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and uplifting young people. Erica gives all glory and praise to God for His love, healing, favor, and grace.
